Canadialog is proud to offer you high-quality products and customer service.

General Conditions

As per our policy, all products must be returned within 30 days of receiving them. If you are not satisfied with any product, you must first contact our customer service department at 1-888-730-0003 within 30 days of receiving your products.

Important: The following may not be returned.

  • Electronically-downloaded software
  • Serial numbers sent via e-mail
  • Software upgrades or updates
  • Canadialog gift cards

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Canadialog’s customer service department at 1-888-730-0003. Our representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and explain you how to return a product.
  2. Write down your RMA number on a piece of paper to insert in the box when returning the product. You MUST return the product in its original packaging.
  3. Our carrier will arrange to pick up the package on the date that we agreed upon with you.
  4. Upon receiving the returned products, we will proceed to refund you the price of purchase, minus the delivery charges, using the original method of payment.
  5. Canadialog reserves the right to charge additional fees should the returned products be in bad condition.
